The products offered on the Website are home fashion and accessory items. The main characteristics of the products are described on the corresponding web pages.

The product offers are valid for as long as they are visible on the Website and within the available stock limits. ZARA HOME reserves the right to change the product assortment at any time.

The images of the products on the Website are as accurate as possible. However, the actual colors of the products may vary due to the characteristics of the Internet and the computer equipment used.

5.2. Orders and Acceptance

To place an order, you must select the products you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping cart. After selecting all the desired products, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, providing the required information and validating the order. An order is not considered accepted until you receive an order confirmation email from ZARA HOME.

All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that a product is not available after an order has been placed, ZARA HOME will inform you via email and will proceed to refund any amount paid for that product.

ZARA HOME reserves the right not to accept an order in the event of an error in the product data, including the price, or in the event of justified suspicion of fraudulent activity by the user.

5.3. Prices and Payment

5.4. Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped to the delivery address indicated during the purchase process. ZARA HOME will do its best to meet the estimated delivery times indicated on the Website. However, these times are approximate and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

The risks of the products will be borne by you from the moment of delivery. Ownership of the products will also pass to you upon delivery.

5.5. Returns and Withdrawals

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify ZARA HOME of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the withdrawal form available on the Website or make any other unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw.

You must return the products to ZARA HOME without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty (30) days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the products.

ZARA HOME will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty (30) days from the day on which it is informed of your decision to withdraw. ZARA HOME may withhold reimbursement until it has received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.

This right of withdrawal is subject to the conditions and exceptions set forth in applicable regulations.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law.

For any dispute arising from the existence, access, use, or content of the General Terms and Conditions, both the user and ZARA HOME, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the user’s domicile.
